Strategy Sessions
Our Strategy Sessions are designed for existing business owners beginning their growth stage or struggling with the growth stage of the business life cycle, who are seeking to incorporate the pillars of enterprise/create structures in their small ventures.
We will co-create a framework including your mission/impact statements, critical success factors, and create a strategic plan with you. We will work together in 3, two-hour sessions over three months and collaborate to identify specific action steps customized to your venture’s needs.
The time frame is designed to compel action while providing opportunity for reflection, research, and revisions. All sessions are virtual.
Strategy is essential for business success and for revenue growth. Strategy sessions are also invaluable to those business owners who may wish to pivot and reposition due to COVID-19 or other environmental or personal factors. The Strategy sessions include

Level Up Ladies Live Virtual 6 Month Growth Program
Level up Ladies is a six month online entrepreneurship program for women designed to increase the revenue of growth-oriented female entrepreneurs. This will be Cohort Three.
The program is designed to scale female entrepreneurial ventures and help resolve the earnings discrepancy between male and female entrepreneurs, as statistics indicate that globally male entrepreneurs outstrip women in business earning. My Doctoral work followed black women who own technology companies in the United States who received millions of dollars in funding for their ventures.
